The First Nation voted to adopt its own BZA Constitution where they have the authority to exercise any right, power, privilege, jurisdiction or authority to the education they provide to their members.  This enabled the First Nation to develop an Education Authority (By-Law 06-12-23) that supports education administrators to develop a structure to support Early Years, Elementary, Secondary, Post Secondary and Adult Education.
